We were delighted and honoured to welcome renowned Chef & Restaurant Developer Will Meyrick to our Rosabrook Estate on his recent visit to Margaret River. The day was full of wine talk, and of course him showing us the ropes on how to cook the perfect beef brisket. From foraging mushrooms from our very own property, to then Will showing us the perfect way to include them into a delicious dish, it was a great day to say the least.

Our Chief Winemaker Severine walked Will through the vineyard sharing the history of the place, including the oldest block in our vineyard – our Cabernet block. We then got to show him a range of our wines, delving into our Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc, known as “Pas Touche,” meaning “hands off” in French. It was a great day, and we were very pleased to have Will come and visit our Rosabrook property.
