This Italian Asolo Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. is from the Province of Treviso – Veneto Region, north-eastern Italy. The town of Asolo is known as ‘The Pearl of Veneto’. Only Prosecco grown in the restricted area surrounding this town can be classified as Asolo Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. – the D.O.C.G. appellation is given only to the most premium Prosecco of Italy.
This Prosecco is an extra dry style, it is vibrant and refreshing with pale straw colour, delicate aromatic nose and clean citrus fruit flavours with crisp acidity. Prosecco is traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif however also pairs well with light seafood dishes such as “fritto misto” and fish carpaccio.

This Italian Prosecco Rosé DOC is from the heart of the Prosecco DOC region, in northeast Italy. With a provencal pink colour, this millesimato sparkling wine made from glera and pinot noir grapes is obtained through the Charmat method. A well structured, elegant style of prosecco with a fine persistent perlage, delicate floral aromas with hints of red fruits. On the palate it is dry, fresh and perfectly balanced. Enjoy as an aperitif, with seafood or cheese. Serve at 8-10’C.

Hailing from the rolling hills of the Italian island of Sicily, this ‘Indicazione Geografica Tipica’ Fiano has a straw yellow colour with fine greenish shades. It is dry and aromatic with peach and honey flavours and a subtle hint of almond blossom. On the palate it is lush and full bodied with lovely structure and mouth-watering acidity to finish. This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, creamy cheeses and pasta dishes.

A provincial style Rosé with a pale coral pink colour and a touch of violet. Lifted and deliciously aromatic with lingering and delicate ripe fruit aromas and a touch of spiciness. The palate is dry with initial fruit flavours and a nice crisp finish. A dry and refreshing Rosé, perfect to enjoy at the end of the day or as an accompaniment to an afternoon with friends and family.
The fruit for this wine was sourced from The Calneggia Family Estate Vineyard in Margaret River. Fruit was picked at optimum flavour profile for Rosé and a direct pressing technique used to give us a savoury yet delicate Rosé style.

CALNEGGIA Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC
This wine is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Syrah grapes grown in western Sicily. It has a vibrant ruby red colour with purple shades. the nose featuring aromas of red fruits and notes of green pepper.
The Syrah balances the savoury Nero d’Avola with some solid fruit sweetness and depth. The palate has an appealing smoothness and good length, with a soft velvety texture. This is an old world wine made using new world winemaking techniques.

Calneggia Family Vineyard’s owner Mike Calneggia sadly lost his Dad Jim to Multiple Myeloma (a very aggressive blood cancer) and since that time the Calneggia Family has had a vested interest in ‘making hope real’ for Australian blood cancer patients.
The ‘Bloody Good Red’ wine is a 2018 Western Australian Shiraz that is elegant and smooth with aromas of lifted spice and white pepper over ripe blackberry, with assertive yet soft tannins that makes it a ‘bloody good drink’.
