WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale green colour with attractive lifted sauvignon fruit aromas. The palate is crisp and lively with bright fruit and vibrant acidity. Finely structured Semillon helps to balance the palate and provide length of flavour.
VINTAGE: Our 2016 vintage conditions were exceptional for these varieties.
VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams over ironstone. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.
VINIFICATION: Picked in the cool of night, grapes were cold pressed, and the bright juice fermented in steel. The wine was clarified and held cold until bottling. Bottled early to retain freshness.
