VINTAGE: After a moderate spring, early vintage conditions were dry and warm making it an early harvest producing Sauvignon blanc in perfect condition.
VINEYARDS: Grapes sourced from a selected partner grower and own Rosabrook vineyard, south and east of the Margaret River township.
VINIFICATION: Harvested in early morning, crushed grapes were juice-extracted to a bright condition.
20 % full solids barrel ferment (no new oak, seasoned French oak barrels) for funky, complex, savoury texture.
20% stainless steel, light solids, on fine yeast lees for 8 months for lifted aromatics and creamy texture.
60% stainless steel, cold temperature, clean juice for crisp, bright, and fresh varietal expression.
