Bunkers celebrates some of the south west’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.
Windmills is an exposed beach that mixes fast breaking left and right hander’s for plenty of action. For those wine tastes that straddle red and white styles, the Windmills Rosé may well be the perfect break. Its delicate hue masks complex flavours of summer fruits and winter berries. Breezy!

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: An attractive coral-pink colour with a touch of violet together with subtle spice aromas. The palate is lively with initial spicy fruit flavours of cherry and bramble leading to a crisp, ultra-dry finish.
VINTAGE: The 2019 vintage was especially benign for whites and early reds.
VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.
VINIFICATION: Grapes were crushed and chilled to very low temperatures. The lightly pressed juice was clarified, fermented and held cold until bottling.
