WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Pale green with very attractive lifted cashew fruit aromas that follows through to the palate. Fine and weighted with abundant varietal Chardonnay and a touch of oak.
VINTAGE: Quite cool conditions throughout the season. An exceptional season for whites in Margaret River.
VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams over ironstone. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.
VINIFICATION: Night harvested to protect varietal flavour and cold pressed to retain fruit. Fermented and oak matured.
