A medium bodied palate is complemented with fine tannins and a succulent, spicy finish.
VINTAGE: A warmish start to one of the better vintages experienced in Western Australia with fine even ripe fruit and soft tannins.
VINIFICATION: Fermented for seven days on skins, pressed and run off to seasoned oak, the wine was matured for twelve months prior to bottling.
VARIETAL/S: 51% Cabernet Sauvignon 49% Merlot
