On the 3rd of September Willie Creek Pearls will be hosting their Pearl Meat Cook-Off! We are so excited that Bunkers Wines will get to be part of this great event.
Some of Broome’s best chefs and special guests will be competing to be crowned the Pearl Meat Cook Off Champion! Using only Pearl Meat and one native ingredient, contestants must create a unique and delicious dish. With their creation, they will also be given a Calneggia Family Vineyards wine to pair with their dish.
Wines to paired with the Pearl Meat creations include:
Bunkers Sauvignon Blanc Semillon and Pinot Grigio
Rosabrook’s Sauvignon Blanc Semillon and Chardonnay
Calneggia Family Vineyards Rose and Prosecco
Special guest Tamara Graffen from Master Chef will be judging and the winner will be announced at 7pm.
